Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 (5 ounce) box stovetop stuffing
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 pkgs turkey gravy mix
- 2 cups water
- 1/8 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 8 thick slices roasted turkey thick enough to roll
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- Heat a medium saucepan on medium high heat and add the chicken broth and butter until melted.
- Add in the stovetop stuffing mix and stir until combined, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Heat another saucepan on medium heat and add the soup, gravy mix and water and mix until smooth. Let come to a simmer and turn off the heat.
- Place a slice of turkey on a cutting board and add about 1/2 cup of prepared stuffing in the middle.
- Roll the turkey slice up, and place it into the prepared baking dish.
- Pour 1/3 of the gravy mixture over the top of the turkey roll-ups. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with the remaining gravy.
