urkey and Stuffing Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (5 ounce) box stovetop stuffing
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pkgs turkey gravy mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/8 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 8 thick slices roasted turkey thick enough to roll

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Heat a medium saucepan on medium high heat and add the chicken broth and butter until melted.
  • Add in the stovetop stuffing mix and stir until combined, turn off the heat and set aside.
  • Heat another saucepan on medium heat and add the soup, gravy mix and water and mix until smooth. Let come to a simmer and turn off the heat.
  • Place a slice of turkey on a cutting board and add about 1/2 cup of prepared stuffing in the middle.
  • Roll the turkey slice up, and place it into the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour 1/3 of the gravy mixture over the top of the turkey roll-ups. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Serve with the remaining gravy.
