Stuffed Smashed Potatoes in an Air Fryer

Things you need:

6 to 8 small potatoes, 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil

Salt and black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

For the top:

1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Three to four strips of bacon, cooked and broken up

Two to three tablespoons of sour cream

Chopped green onions or chives

How to do it:

Boil the potatoes until they are soft enough to pierce with a fork. Then, drain them and let them cool for a bit.

Put them in the basket of your air fryer and use the back of a spoon or glass to “smash” each one down.

Put in some oil or butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Set your air fryer to 190°C and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.

Add cheese and bacon on top now and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
