🧀 Crispy Cheese Balls

✨ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (200g) mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes or use small balls)
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups (200g) breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Oil for deep frying (or use an air fryer)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cut mozzarella into bite-size cubes or use mini cheese balls.
  2. Roll each piece lightly in flour.
  3. Dip into beaten eggs.
  4. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. For extra crunch, repeat: dip again in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs (double coating).
  6. Place on a tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry until golden and crispy (about 2–3 minutes).

🔥 Air Fryer Option:

  • Spray with oil.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes.
  • Shake halfway through cooking.
