simple and powerful homemade immune-boosting juice recipe using pineapple, turmeric, carrot, lemon, and ginger—all rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and anti-inflammatory compounds.

🟡 Ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

2 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)

1 small piece of fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)

1 small piece of fresh ginger (peeled)

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup water (optional, to adjust consistency)

(Optional: 1 orange for extra sweetness)

 

🥣 Instructions:

1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Peel and chop the carrots, turmeric, and ginger. Slice the pineapple into chunks.

2. Juicing Option 1 – Using a Juicer:

Feed all the ingredients (pineapple, carrots, ginger, turmeric) into your juicer.

Add the lemon juice at the end and stir well.

 

3. Juicing Option 2 – Using a Blender:

Add pineapple, carrots, turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, and water to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp, if desired.

4. Serve Fresh.
Pour into a glass or pitcher. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
