Beetroot Watermelon Ginger Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and deseeded

1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

1–2 inches fresh ginger root, peeled

Juice of 1 lime

½ red onion (optional, for added detox effect)

1 cup cold water or ice cubes (adjust to preference)

Honey or stevia (optional, for sweetness)

🥤 Instructions:

1. Blend the watermelon, beetroot, ginger, and onion (if using) in a blender until smooth.

2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.

3. Add lime juice and stir well. Add sweetener if desired.

4. Serve chilled, with lime slices or mint leaves for garnish.
