Garlic & Ginger Lung Cleanse Tea Recipe

  • Ingredients:

10 cloves of fresh garlic, peeled and crushed

1 large piece (about 3 inches) of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

4 cups of water

Optional: 1 tablespoon honey (for taste)

Optional: juice of 1 lemon (for extra detox and vitamin C)

  •  Instructions:

1. Boil the 4 cups of water in a pot.

2. Add the crushed garlic and chopped ginger to the boiling water.

3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.

4. Strain the tea into a cup.

5. Add honey and lemon juice if desired.

6. Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or before bed.
