Ingredients:-
1 lb boneless, skinless
chicken breasts (about 3–4 breasts)
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions:-
- Cut chicken breasts into strips and marinate in buttermilk mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dredge each piece in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Fry each piece in hot oil for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
