Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Sausage & Potatoes
π Ingredients:
1 Β½ lbs smoked sausage (kielbasa or beef sausage), sliced into rounds
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved (or large potatoes cut into chunks)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Β½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Β½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Lightly grease your slow cooker with olive oil.
Add potatoes and sliced sausage to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the sausage and potatoes. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Cover and cook:
Low: 5β6 hours
High: 3β4 hours
(Potatoes should be fork-tender.)
Stir gently before serving.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and Parmesan if desired.
