🥘 Crockpot Marry Me Chicken
Ingredients:
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup heavy cream
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in oil, drained)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, to thicken)
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Season the chicken
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Add flavor base
Pour in chicken broth. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes over the chicken.
Slow cook
Cover and cook on
LOW for 4–5 hours or
HIGH for 2–3 hours,
until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Make it creamy
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
If you want a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch slurry now.
Final cook
Cover and cook another 20–30 minutes on LOW until the sauce thickens.
Serve & garnish
Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
